Mrs. Armena Petrosova

 is an accomplished music teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching students of various levels and ages in piano and vocals. She started playing piano and singing at the age of six and was formally educated in Piano Pedagogy with a Bachelor's degree from Samarkand State College of Arts and Music. 

Mrs. Armena currently serves as choral director and lead soprano at St Vartan Armenian Church in Oakland where she sings and mentors vocal technique and performance to adult and children choirs. She also sings soprano at Pacific Masterworks Chorus and teaches vocal performance at Russian Drama Club Skazka with debuts at Lesher Center for the Arts. 

Thoroughly trained in principles of proper technique and execution of tone, she brings purpose and detail to each music lesson.
